If you've been winning with this, that's great. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. However, regardless of your achievements, what you have is essentially a fish deck with 4 Psychatog and a brutal mana base. The Togs are going to be pretty useless considering you can't combo out with them, so at a glance I can't see what advantages they are adding to the deck.

My advice: Stick with Fish.

I've been working on a b/u budged fishatog deck for awhile too.  However I havnt gotten to play with it vs any good type 1 decks so im unsure as to wether its viable or not.

@unnamed:

Can you please edit your post (or better still, in future, check them first) with the following spelling corrections:

1. budged -> budget
2. awhile -> a while
3. havnt -> haven't
4. im -> I'm (yes, capitalization as well...)
5. wether -> whether
6. its -> it's (in this case, not possessive but an abbreviation, so an apostrophe is needed).

Oh, and not playing against anything is not a great deal of help. That's why you test.

Sorry for the condescending tone, but your post doesn't warrant anything better.

On topic, Shock Wave is right. Fish has an incredibly stable mana base and does not pack cards like Mana Drain or Intuition/AK - staples of a Tog deck - that make the Psychatog so powerful. Wrecking the mana for a card that in this deck does not do an awful lot is not worth it. The power of Psychatog is harnessed in a Hulk deck, by killing with a fucking enormous creature; Fish doesn't win like that.

These are two strategies which are better off separate - a hybrid lacks the focus of both, and doesn't gain much raw power to compensate.

Fish doesn't have an incredibly stable manabase.  In fact, it is one of the deck's largest flaws.

The main problem with adding Tog to Fish is that the deck doesn't gain anything off the inclusion.  Straining Fish's mana further to support a creature that attacks for 1 and costs 3 isn't going to cut it.

Like the others have said, Tog has no place in Fish, you're better off playing wither Gay/r or GAT/Hulk.

The original post wasn't great, but the responses have been geniunely terrible. This thread isn't even worth leaving open anymore.
