Ok, im STARTING to play control...Plz, bear with me ok?

Here's my basic decklist, which I wish to tweak MAJORLY:

Notes:

Ok, that's what I, in the first view, see as options.
No, I CANNOT get some mana drains.
I don't know what kind of creatures, and wich, i should use
I wish to change the mana base entirely, be sure, but that was only a *basic* number of land
And, for the feldon's cane, i just think it IS useful, for some very obscur reason... Sometimes, someday

If you want to play mono U control, I really think you must add 4 wasteland and 1 stripmine

also,  brainstorm are way better than impulse.

try to add 2-3 intuition to use with the accumulated knowledge

If you want to stick along the lines of mono blue add some ophidian and play EBA.  It is not a bad deck.

Ok, first your kill condition is out of date.  Neither of these are very good main.  If you wish to run control with masticore wait for 5D and run Razormane Masticore.  But for now, 4 [card]Exalted Angels[/card] are more then enough.
Stroke and Braingeyser are out of date, run Intuition.  Add white in for sure, STP and [card]Balance[/card] are what almost all pure-blood control not running slaver or tog need.
Capsize is too expensive you don't need bounce with all these counters and the disks.
Feldons cane is useless, if your going to deck out before you win you've already lost even if you cane. (with the exception of dragon)
