Not bad? With shuffling effects, and being an artifact, its a lot better than gaea's for everything except deck-proofing.

I'm going to try it in some combo.  It's the same as Chromatic Sphere, 1 mana to draw a card, 1 mana to fix.  Well, the card draw part and it has a cool ability.
