Enchantment
Decree of Solitude comes into play with 4 counters on it
At the beginning of your upkeep remove a counter from decree of solitude
when decree of solitude has no counters on it remove it from the game
as long as decree of solitude remains in play you cannot be dealt dammage or become the target of spells or abilities from sources you do not control
Decree of solitude cannot be the target of spells or abilities and cannont be countered by spells or abilities

Decree of Solitude

Fading 3
You can't be dealt damage and you can't be the target of spells or abilities of sources you do not control.

This card is definitely not Black in flavour. This card needs to be White. Think Ivory Mask and Solitary Confinement. Furthermore, aside from being removed from the game, instead of just getting sacrificed, this should have Fading, instead of the counter removal mechanism you're using now.

I guess so and yeha that makes more sense but i like using the counters more because then you can use core tapper maybe or something of the sort

Ephraim's right - this is EXACTLY what Fading does.
Also, try and format the card layout as it says in the CC Forum rules. Makes it much easier to read.

You can't use Coretapper to keep this charged up. Coretapper only allows you to put charge counters onto artifacts.

Speaking of which, you need to give a name to the counters. There's no such thing as an unnamed counter anymore.
I went ahead and a) added a current wording, as the rules state you should, and b) cleaned up the wording, in light of the suggestions made.

Just trying to clean up the wording a tiny bit. Is the phrase "of sources" needed?
"...you can't be the target of spells or abilities of sources you do not control."
to
"...you can't be the target of spells or abilities you do not control."
That works the same in the rules, right?
