This card is for black since it has been getting hurt with the lack of draw. The new Night's Whispers card is good and I think there should be another.
Night's Vengence

Choose a color. Look at your opponent's hand and for each card of that color you may draw a card.
I think this might be good and am not sure if it is balanced or not. I like it better than persecute since you would probably draw into more disruption.

That makes no sense as a black card. The ability is 100% blue.

I was just going for something different but if I make it blue then UUU would seem like an odd casting cost. In addition looking at your opponents hand seems like a black ability to me. If it is changed to blue then how should the transition be made?

I like that it is really good. Is there a thread of that already or is that for changing the card to blue? I will most likely change it to that unless someone has any other suggestions. I was really hoping it would stay black though.

Already exists, was reprinted in 7th. I can't see this going anywhere, unless you're after a blue Persecute 'mirror' effect. In that case, Exploit should be a sorcery.

Well if everything is going against me then it might as well be blue although I think that is a bad choice. Expliot does seem a little overpowered as an instant. If made a sorcery it would be fine.

If you'd rather have the card be black, then come up with a new ability for it.
Looking at people's hands is a blue ability--just look at telepathy, peek, etc. Black only looks at people's hands as part of a discard effect. And drawing cards is very blue.

OK well I guess this card was a dud so I will go with what was suggested by walkingdude and make Exploit. It will have to be a sorcery though.
