Hi guys!  This is my first post on this site, and I'm presenting one of my decks for critique.  After looking through all of the forums, I decided this was the one I should put it in; if I'm wrong, feel free to move or delete it.

My deck is basically a U/W control deck, that evolved from a casual millstone deck.  It also attempts to make use of Isochron Scepters.  It dosn't usually go for a quick win, but rather, attempts to slow the game down, establish control, then plop an Angel down for victory.  The closest thing I can compare it to that I saw on these forums is the 4-color Exalted Angel control deck that I saw listed.  I've tried to stick with two colors, with a splash of red for a few things.

Land and Mana:
4 Tundra
4 Volcanic Island
2 Plateau
2 Island
4 Flooded Strand
1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Ruby
1 Sol Ring
1 Strip Mine
2 Wasteland
1 Library of Alexandria

Creatures:
3 Exalted Angel

Other Stuff:
4 Force of Will
4 Mana Drain
3 Counterspell
3 Isochron Scepter
4 Fire/Ice
2 Swords to Plowshares
1 Balance
3 Orim's Chant ***
1 Ancestral Recal
3 Impulse
1 Fact or Fiction
3 Cunning Wish

Sideboard:
2 Disenchant
3 Wrath of God
2 Hydroblast
3 Pyroblast
2 Stifle
1 Gush
2 Misdirection

Explanations:

Force of Will, Counterspell, Mana Drain: They counter spells.  Pretty self explanitory.  Mana Drain and Counterspell are both able to be put on a Scepter.  Mana Drain mana is often used for Angels, playing/activating Scepters, Fact or Fiction, and sometimes Cunning Wish.

Isochron Scepter: The vast majority of cards in the deck can be put on a Scepter.  Some of my favorites are Fire/Ice, because it provides small creature removal, or allows me an Icy Manipulator that draws cards; Counterspell/Mana Drain, because it's a reusable counter; Impulse, lets me search through my deck very quickly; of course, Ancestral Recall, due to obvious reasons.

Fire/Ice: This is the one card I have that NEVER sits in my hand.  I can always use, if for nothing more than to tap something and draw a new card.

Swords to Plowshares: I only have two in the deck, because they are useless against creatureless decks.

Orim's Chant: This card I am thinking of removing.  It's original purpose was to be put on a Scepter, and it provides a nice lock if it's kicker cost is used.  While it's possible to play around it, it's a lot harder to win the game without a main phase.  I'm not really sure what I'd replace it with if I remove it.  I'm thinking of perhaps +1 Counterspell, +1 Plateau, +1 Island; or +3 Brainstorm.  I don't know if the extra mana would be too much or not, as I've yet to test it.  Brainstorm is a nice spell, but it lacks the synergy with the Scepter that I can achieve with Impulse.

Impulse: As said above, I use this over Brainstorm because if works better with a Scepter.  I might end up using both if I take out the Chants.

I think the rest of the maindeck stands for itself..

The Sideboard.  Disenchants are pretty useful as cheap removal, they're wishable, and can be put on a Scepter.  Wrath of God is the only non-wishable spell, and I debating if it deserves the spot.  It's really nice against swarm decks, but it also requires two white mana...Pyroblast is a given.  Hydroblast is there to remove Blood Moon, and for that reason only.  I'm considering dropping down to one.  Misdirection is there for land destruction and discard spells, both of which hurt me pretty bad.  It's wishable, but not Specter-able.  The Gush helps against land destruction.  That is it's main purpose, really, as my mana base is easily disrupted, but it has a few other nifty tricks too.  I'd never actully side this in; just wish for it when needed.  Stifles, are, well, Stifles.  I don't use them too terribly often, and probably not as often as I should, but they're there in case.

Well, there's my deck, and I've put it up for comments and suggestions.  I thank you all in advance for your time!

Sorry, but this needs to be moved.

Scepters have been tried before, and they're just not strong enough against the top decks in the format--not to mention that slavery and such are causing people to play more and more MD and SB artifact destruction. Plus, Null Rods are all over the place.

Also, chants or counterspells on a scepter really aren't very good. You need to get F/I or Impulse on there for it to really give you an advantage, and even then it takes several turns.
