I personally love to hunt down card shops when traveling or on vacation. Problem is not all shops are listed on internet yellow pages, the stores could have went out of business or they do not sell singles. (There is nothing more annoying then driving an hour to visit a store with crap singles or way over priced cards) There is also the problem unless you call some comic shops sell cards others shun them, it seems to be the same with sports cards shops.

It would be very useful to have a webpage or forum that lists shops by area then shop keepers can place there information such as what is sold and when tournaments are held. Then more importantly shopper reviews such as "Lot of type 2 cards, but no type 1", "Overpriced but good selection", "Good amount of Type 1, but unorganized need to dig through a lot of cards."

If it was done in webpage format it could be done like a web site such as Mudconnecter.com or easily done in a forum.

Well, thats my little idea for the month. It may not be such a big deal for areas with a lot of card stores but in areas of the barren midwest finding a good card shop that sells singles let alone type one can be difficult.
