I am looking for a deck that was played by Gab Tsang in a Qualifier for an Extended Master Series or in the actual qualifier itself.  It was a R/W 1.x deck.  I am trying to do some research for a potentially forthcoming article on Star City, maybe in August some time.  Does anyone have a decklist of the deck handy?  Thanks.  I remember asking for the decklist on TMD 1 and someone ponied up.  I lost the list and I can't find it in the archives.  Thanks.

Could we get a year on this? Cards to look for?

Are you sure it's a Masters tournament? (These 1.x Masters in the Sideboard archive don't even have him playing AFAICT.)

I think I remember this deck.  I'm pretty sure it was just in the grinders.

EDIT: and oh look, I found it

Well, see, that would've been easier to find if Avi and I had been looking for the right person. :p

Thanks guys.  Sorry about the mistaken identity.  JP YOU IS A BAD MUTHA--SHUT YO MOUTH.  Basically I wanted to see the deck and its interaction to help resolve the following question, in case anyone wanted to know:

Is the rotation policy in Extended too generous, that is, should sets rotate out faster to prevent unforeseen interaction that leads to degenerate decks?

The Slide deck was going to be my example of a good example of acceptable unforeseen interaction.  Take your pick of any one of a dozen decks in the past two years as examples of horrible results unforeseen interaction.

One of the subthemes will be how can people innovate across the years with cards from various blocks.  I am thinking, also of decks like Aluren (Aluren interacts with Cavern Harp interacts with Brainfreeze...and so on).
