I've seen those crazy Japanese Iron Chefs make various shellfish sorbet and ice cream, as well as kelp, bell peppers and such. But, RAW horse flesh? F-ing eeeewwwwwwwww! barf. :shock:

Is it such a strange thing to eat horse meat? I eat it all the time. But yeah, it's a bit of a weird flavor for icecream, methinks.
