Mana(16)
16 Mountain

Burn (20)
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Chain Lightning
4 Incinerate
4 Fireblast
4 Goblin Grenade

Creatures (23)
4 Jackal Pup
4 Goblin Cadets
4 Goblin Raider
4 Mogg Fanatic
4 Ball Lightning
3 Mogg Flunkies

Draw (1)
1 Wheel of Fortune

Total (60)

Mana
I found that 16 is enough to support all my needs for this deck and more is over kill.
No Wastelands or Strip Mines because it ruins mana base.

Burn
Only cheap fast burn spells
Include Goblin Grenade because it is a good at that last dmg you need to end game

Creatures
No current creatures from current blocks they do not hold up to sligh's nature and reliability

In my meta-game is mostly aggro with a random control deck now and then so wastelands are no use they just mess up my mana base (i have tested with them before and I wished it was a mountain/burn/creature when I drawed them). My sideboard changes depending on what the meta-game is so no point in including it.

Wow I love the amount of content in this post. Confused

Anyway, if you say that your metagame is aggro then why would you use Jackal Pup.  It seems like it will totally hurt you.  If you want to go out for a deck like this then I would be inclined to include the good old Cursed Scroll.  You could even include Ankh of Mishra.  That would make this deck a little bit more stable and consistant.  Sorry I couldn't elaborate more but there is nothing else to say about a straight sligh deck.

Sligh gets wrecked by other aggro decks.  The whole point of sligh is to beat control, and running it against other aggro is not a good idea.  Combo beats aggro, so putting together some sort of combo build might be a decent idea.

And for Johnstown.
