Neat, though it probably doesn't need both activated abilities. I especially like the inventive new way to use imprint.

Yeah, what Matt said. I think the imprint clause needs some improved wording, but I'm not 100% sure what it should be.

I like the first activated ability more than the second.

It should be:

Imprint -- If a card would be put into your graveyard from play, remove it from the game instead and imprint it onto Recycling Bin.

There should be no need to change it.  It works fine as either a Trigger or a Replacement effect.

I think he was emphasizing the fact that it is now imprinted on Recycling Bin. I don't think it should be worded quite that way, although if we want to include reminder text, ala Isochron Scepter, it would need to say (The removed card is imprinted on this artifact.)

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

here's the revised card:

Recycle Bin
2
Artifact

Imprint -- Whenever a card would be put into your graveyard, remove it from the game instead. (The removed card is imprinted on this artifact.)

T: Choose a card imprinted on Recycle Bin and shuffle it into your library.

Read the rules, especially #3. You can also check out any card by myself or Ephraim or Jacob to see how a current wording post is supposed to look.
