Serch your library for a sorcery card with converted mana cost 1 or less, then put that card in your hand.  Then shuffle your library.

I think this is a very interesting card. I'm up in the air about the colour of it, though. The name is certainly indicative of a blue effect. Furthermore blue is a reliable colour for library manipulation effects. On the other hand, red is the colour traditionally associated with sorceries, although it is notoriously shy of tutors. I think it's safe to keep this blue.

I like how you've taken advantage of the recent WotC innovation of capping the converted mana cost of a tutored card. That allows a lot more leeway on the costing of the card and forces greater innovation on the part of deck builders to use it. There are some fine and interesting options, like Blackmail, Retraced Image, and Winds of Change. I think you've crafted a winner.

As far as flavour goes, I think that Prestidigitation is very cool. The generated effect is right on, capturing some of the actual meaning of the word, but all of the feeling of the D&D spell.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

This is a wonderful card, and furthermore, I think you got it exactly right on the first try.

I like it. It would be pretty cool as a red card, but should probably stay blue. I can't think of any sorceries with a converted mana cost less than 1?

Like Matt said, this is excellent and needs no fundamental revisions. The only issue is the wording. You would have to reveal the chosen card.

Of course, this card is just screaming for some flavor text.

Edit: Matt has a valid point.

I think we should leave it as "less than or equal to," just in case some intrepid future designer (TMD or WotC) figures out a way to make an X- or 0-costing sorcery.

Anyone have an idea on flavor text?

Cabal Therapy, Careful Study, Chain Lightning, Contract from Below (b0rk3n combo), Duress, Extract, Gamble, Innocent Blood, Reanimate, Sleight of Hand (b0rk3n flavor combo), Serum Visions, Unearth.

Those are all the playable/casually playable cards to tutor for.

Additionally, this is the first card name ever submitted I actually had to look up. I could deduce the meaning from the italian 'presto' and obv. 'digits' from latin, but I never knew that was a word. Congrats.

This looks like it could easily be printed for real.
