I am constructing a U/G Madness deck for play in Proxy 5 Vintage tournament. I have no power, and no money for expensive type one staples such as FoW, dual lands, drains, or bazaar's (but I'm working on it). Anyhow, my plan is to try and help myself along by placing in a tournament or two. This is my deck:

Beat:
4x Aquamoeba
2x Waterfront Bouncer
2x Wonder
4x Basking Rootwalla
4x Wild Mongrel
4x Arrogant Wurm
2x Roar of the Wurm

Draw:
1x Frantic Search
1x Windfall
4x Careful Study
3x Deep Analysis
2x Read the Runes
1x Ancestral Recall (Proxy)

Mana:
1x Mox Emerald (Proxy)
1x Mox Sapphire (Proxy)
1x Black Lotus (Proxy)
1x Mana Vault
1x Sol Ring
1x Lion's Eye Diamond
1x Strip Mine
8x Forest
9x Island

Other:
1x Time Walk (proxy)
1x Nostalgic Dreams

Notice that you don't see a section about disruption, and therein lies my problem. I've decided to invest in 4x Circular Logic, but what to take out?
I'm almost considering switching it over to Black because duress would be cheaper dollar-wise, I could run dark rituals, and I could also run YawgWin and Demonic Tutor. So my questions are:

If you had to choose between better disruption strategies, is it circular logic or duress?
If you chose circular logic what would you cut? (Obviously, if you chose Duress I need to retool the entire deck for Black)

Honestly, if you can't afford 4 Duals and 4 FoW, you should not play the format.  Those are staple cards you need and you won't place high without at least a decent deck.  Budget decks in particular need disruption and since you don't have it I doubt its ability to do good in any tournament.

Assuming that these tournaments are attended by anyone other than complete scrubs, you will need FoWs, Null Rods, Tropical Islands, appropriate Fetch-lands, and Wastelands.  The deck is a total pile without them.

As a matter of fact, you can't even play type two or block with that sort of budget.  Hell, you can hardly draft.

I don't mean to be a dickhead here, but there's just no way this thread is going to work out.
