TYPE ONE CHALLENGE

Your goal, should you choose to accept it, is create a deck that ONLY uses plains for lands (there must be at least 10 plains). This deck must be optimal in every way, and tuned to current general metagame i.e. 4cc, fish, workshop decks. What will it be? Parfait? WW? Something else?

The way that you would motivate yourself to create the best would be to pretend that you are bringing this to the next tournament.

does this mean i can use duals, they are considered plains for all other practical reasons.  however this brings up another good point  that you cannot use wastelands stripmines or even any form of manlands which hinders this type of deck.
