Is this swiss?  Single Elim?  What sort of rules are used?

Just wanted to bump this up, since the prizes are huge for such a small attendance requirement.  This is even cheaper than a lot of the East Coast tournaments!  And a $60 door prize!?!

Who's gonna make it out to Cleveland?
Detroit's only 3 hours, Pittsburgh only 2 and 1/2...

If you can't make it to Chicago, make it to this.  Let's keep the midwest Type 1 scene growing.

I just called and got all the info - some of the above stuff wasn't complete.

Entry fee is $20 advance, $25 day of event.  They'll be open until 9 or 10 on Friday due to FNM, but unfortunately you can't register with a credit card over the phone.  

Rounds of swiss based on attendance, cut to top 8. 5 Proxies.

Prize Structure:

14 people or less - 100% of the entry fees in store credit.

15-19 people - Mox Jet 1st place

20-21 people -
1st Place - Mox Jet
2nd Place - 4x Force of Will
3rd Place - $50 Store Credit

22+ people-
Above plus 4xIntuition as a random door prize

The owner said that he's been getting a bunch of calls about this recently, and there's 15-20 signed up on the list though only a couple have pre-paid.  He's never done anything like this, but it's looking like the Jet is going home with someone at the very least.  Come on out and hopefully we can get a regular Cleveland power tournament!
