Green tends to have the greatest affinity with lands, so it's the colour I most associated with landwalk abilities. I've given this double-green because it's extremely green oriented. It has landwalk against both of green's enemy colours and has good p/t for its converted mana cost. Part of me says this may be too strong, so if people think I should up the mana cost to {1}{G}{G}, I will.

The cost seems fine to me. Basically it is a River Boa that is harder to cast, has no regeneration but that has swampwalk. That is clearly less powerful than the mighty Boa so I think you are costing this right. Thumbs up.
