I recently won myself a Moat by placing 1st running Turbo Discard in a 27 man tourney.  My meta is fairly scrubby however there are a few powered type 1 players that show up with everything from GAT, Dragon, Fish, Hulk, Workshop, ect...  This deck is very rogue, however it definately holds it's own as a budget deck.  Notably, it could easily be compared to Sui however it does much better in the aggro matchups.  

The deck focuses mostly around discard disruption paired with Chains of Mephistopheles with fast beats.  It's very straight forward, nothing too crazy, however my matchups where insanely in my favor.  I remember there was a ten page article in Mtgnews about this deck about a year ago (its a bit out dated, but still cool).  The deck is just simply better than Sui in a random meta aggro like my own.  Input is always welcome, as always it has bad matchups but aggro hasn't been one of them so far (however, I haven't seen the likes of TnT or TMS yet).  Thoughts?

I'm seeing a painful lack of synergy between cursed scroll/powder keg and three maindeck null rods

Has that ever backfired on you? As good as scroll is, I wouldn't have even considered them in a deck with MD null rods.
