Collecta Card and Comics in Chicago will be a holding a Type 1 tournament with 10 proxies for an Unlimited Ancestral Recall with other prizes to be determined. If we get enough people this will be the first of many Power tournaments at Collecta Card and Comics.

When: September 12th
Start Time: Deck registration starts at 9:30 and ends at 10:15am

Entry Fee: $20 preregister, $25 at the door

I have just recieved an email from Collecta Card and Comics that contained the following:

Monthly Power Tournaments
Every Month we'll be holding tournaments for power 9 cards. Started this month with the Beta Lotus and we offer Ancestral Recall for September.

We have enough power 9 cards to hold events every month for years to come. We intend to be the #1 place for T1 Tournaments in the Midwest.
Type 1 (vintage) event. Non Sanctioned, 10 proxies allowed.

Prizes:
1st Ancestral Recall (played)
2nd Italian Mana Drain (good)
3rd Tundra revised x2 (good)

Side Events:
Booster Drafts $12.00
Mini Master showdown
Arena
Free raffle for our next event entry fee (Mox Pearl in October!)

when's the one in october for the mox pearl?  just curious, I've got a friend's wedding so I can't go on Sunday.
