We got bored on IRC and started discussing the soundtracks of given decks.  I figured I'd start a thread, because it became a lot more fun than it looked like being.

I'll kick it off with something easy.

Madness would be based on oldschool ghetto rap and some punk.  Auto-includes would be Bombs over Baghdad and stuff by Alkaline Trio.

Stax would probably be techno based.  Thoughts?

I can see theme music for players, but not decks. Razz

Even still, when I think Madness + Music my brain automatically just goes "Our House, in the middle of our street..." and that's about it.

I think Fish should get "It's Raining Men" or possibly "Respect."

Hahaha I do this all the time (you know you're a geek when...)

Anyways whenever I'm in a match, or when I recollect about a certain match, it's almost automatic that music starts playing in the back of my head.

A few songs that keep recurring are

Juno Reactor - Conga Fury (it's the song in the background when the hot asian chick and the black guy are having a ninja fight in the animatrix)

Free Agents ft. DJ Kemo - Clash of the Titans (I had to look up the producers of this song. The music video has breakdancers in it)

And lots of boss music from RPG's I've played, most notably that boss music from FF7 (the one with the heavy guitar)

"I Will Survive" was practically written for Keeper....

"Fat" could be on the soundtrack for your artifact aggro deck of choice, if Weird Al songs are allowed Smile.

"Fat" is awesome.  Weird Al is amazing!

It would make a good TnT song, if you're sick of people referencing dynamite.

I think the theme from Star Wars 1 would suit most of my decks.

Sounds awesome
High expectations
Ultimately fails to deliver

(best theme tune ever IMHO)

Tainted Mask:

Diabolical Masquerade - Dreadventurouz (both band name and song name fits! How perfect.)
Slayer - Dead Skin Mask
Susperia - Illusions of Evil
Morgul - Violent Perfect Illusions
Shape of Despair - Creating Illusions

I was thinking about my favorite band, Black Sabbath, and I found a few cards that could be represented by their songs:

Darksteel Colossus -- "Iron Man" (of course)
Final Fortune -- "Looking for Today"
Obliterate -- "Electric Funeral"
Platinum Angel -- "Never Say Die"
And finally, any white mage -- "The Wizard"

continuing the Black Sabbath theme I think Gay/r deserves the classic Sabbath song "Fairies Wear Boots"

Black Sabbath's "Solitude" is the perfect song for seeing a card you love become restricted.

Slapshot - Another Mistake for MeanDeath (or 'Force My Hand' by Sick Of It All)
Slapshot - Punk's Dead, You're Next for 7/10 split
Slapshot - Back On The Map for 4cc (or Old Time Hardcore!)
Slapshot - I Want You Dead for any aggro build
Slapshot - Stupid Fuckin' Kids for Sui Black
Slapshot - Broken for draw7

Personally, I always play 'The Day My Thoughts Turned To Murder' in my car to get me psyched before a tourney.

"How Soon is Now" could be a good choice for TPS

If Tendrils is Speed, then Belcher needs to be Riverbashing.

Other than that:

Oath - Hey Sandy by Polaris
MonoU - No Time at All from Pippin
