Suicide Blue

Alright.. presuming this is the right forum for this.. And I know the Mods are either gonna pull their hair out or move/close this.. but dammit.. I want to try this anyways!!

I want to build a deck style that doesn't see play because the cards generally don't get made for it - I want to make Suicide Blue. Let me explain:

Suicide Black is defined, to my understanding, as a deck that features fast beatdown and lots of disruption. I'd like to make a blue analog to Suicide Black. I have a version for Shandalar that seems to be pretty decent and this is what I have thus far:

4 Gem Bazaar
1 Library of Alexandria

2 Serendib Djinn

1 Time Walk
1 Braingeyser
4 Counterspell
4 Remove Soul

4 Boomerang
4 Juggernaut
1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Ruby
1 Sol Ring
1 Jayemdae Tome

Now for REAL Type 1 obviously I'd make some adjustments. The Counterspells and Remove Souls, for example, would be Force of Wills and Mana Drains. Gem Bazaar would be replaced with Seat of the Synod. And I could put Tolarian Academy for one of the Islands. Beyond that.. any suggestions?

Why don't you actually post the deck you would play for a real type 1 tournament?

You know, with the better cards and the -3 Stripmine and what not.
