Which of these Blue Bombs do you take?

Discuss!

While card drawing is amazing, I prefer Mist Dragon since it more or less unkillable w/o a Mindslaver being involved.

Arcanis takes too many mainphase castings for his card draw to really be useful.

There's better and more effecient card draw in most pools. Mist Dragon is definately better.... it's not even close.

Yeah, Arcanis isn't even in our T4 pile anymore. Sorcery casting and a full turn delay makes him pretty bad.

But... but... but... he's like Ancestral on an Isochron scepter, on turn 1 Wink .

Finally, the Mist Dragon has come back to magic. Smile I love(d) that card.

Mist Dragon is alright, but i'll take a chance at getting to draw a few cards over a little 4/4 guy anyway. I mean, I personally do whatever i can to phase out a mist dragon when its on the table, just for fun, and a phased out creature isnt all that useful. go for card drawing.

Instants are good. Instants being good is why Orrery is good. Arcanis is good for the same reason.

Arcanis is a sorcery-speed guy who you have to recast every turn. How is that like an instant?

Mist Dragon. Unkillable fliers are some good, especially in a format with 10,000 Wrath effects. Arcanis does very little that isn't outdone by Whispers of the Muse, Opportunity, or Mind's Eye.

My point was that Arcanis can draw you instants, which can be used whenever. With a properly constructed deck, he'll always get you something useful. (in T4, many instants~properly constructed)

Jayemdae Tome draws instants too. That doesn't make it better than Tatsumasa.
