Here's the deck, It's basic combo relies on playing a Brood of Cockroaches each turn and skullclamping it for more cards.  You can also clamp an Abyssal Gatekeeper to diabolic Edict everyone.  Another combo this deck uses is playing a Crypt Rats with a spirit link then blowing it up for a lot of damage while gaining all the life back that it deals which in a large game is immense.  This deck plays three Cabal Coffers for a lot of mana that you can use to blow up giant crypt rats, and play giant consume spirits.  Then rounding out the deck you have acceleration in Dark Ritual, disruption in cabal therapy which can act as a diabolic edict ability to kill an abyssal gatekeeper.  Also you have a Twisted Abomination to lay the beats with Seal of Cleansing and Seal of Doom for political removal.

I want to keep this deck relatively inexpensive, so give me your advice.

It would take a bit of modification, but Scars of the Veteran is a cool spell to keep the Crypt Rats alive.  It's the White pitch card from alliances.  It prevents up to 7 points of damage to a player (you) or a creature (the rat). Also, it gives said rat plus counters to toughness. Unfortunately, your deck has only so much white in it at the moment, but Scars is fun.
