Let me preface this by saying I really know very little about Type 1's metagame. This deck is basically based around a hybrid of the 7/10 and Mud decks I've seen, with Panoptic Mirror.

Mana:
4x Mishra's Workshop
4x Great Furnace
4x Seat of the Synod
4x Vault of Whispers
1x Tolarian Academy
5x Jewelry
1x Black Lotus
1x Sol Ring
1x Mana Crypt
1x Mana Vault

Mirror Targets
1x Demonic Tutor
1x Tinker
1x Ancestral Recall
1x Time Walk
1x Wheel of Fortune
1x Timetwister
1x Time Spiral
1x Mind's Desire
1x Tendrils of Agony
1x Yawgmoth's Will

Staple Ridiculous Stuff
4x Metalworker
4x Goblin Welder
1x Memory Jar
1x Voltaic Key

Staple Gamebreakers
1x Sundering Titan
1x Mindslaver

Staple Gamestallers
4x Trinisphere
3x Tanglewire

More Unusual Stuff
1x Jester's Cap
2x Panoptic Mirror
2x Welding Jar

Jester's Cap I like in there as an alternate kill condition, turning into great fun with Welder and generally being good against Combo. Panoptic Mirror is the only really interesting or different thing about the deck, but I think it might deserve a place. With the draw-7's (minus Jar), Tutor, Tinker, or Recall it produces incredible advantage. With Time Walk, YawgWin, or one of the Storm spells, it can turn nutty, allowing you an infinite amount of turns, creating a twelve life differential each turn. Welding Jar is in there, because, well... Mirror's also a huge liability. I'm considering upping it to three Jars, actually.

Anyway. I'm open to any and all suggestions. If the idea is terrible, let me know why.

By my 4am count, you have like 37 permanents completely hosed by Null Rod, and 0 forms of disruption or control.  If you go first, and everything goes right, your deck still loses to everyone.

I'm not trying to sound harsh, but...Null Rod?

Try playing with T1 lands instead of Artifact Lands to start.

Panoptic Mirror is also very slow and susceptible to much hat, like the aformentioned null rod.

I'd like to imprint My Cock on that. If she handles it right, it makes white mana.

Hmmm. I guess first turn Trinisphere is the best answer the deck currently has to Null Rod, coupled with Tanglewire, but you're right that that still would be game over if Rod hit the board. What would be the best way to combat this without losing massive synergy and making the deck not work anymore? CoV, Rack and Ruin? CotV?

Artifact lands are there for synergy with Metalworker, Tolarian Academy, Tinker, and Goblin Welder, as well as Sundering Titan, so I'd be really hesitant to remove them without good reason.

Here's a good reason.

With a Null Rod in play, the only things that actually will produce mana in your deck are Mishra's Workshop and Tolarian Academy.

Replace the Artifact lands with non-Artifact lands.
