Time Stutter

Enchantment
When Time Stutter comes into play, take an additional turn after this one.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of Time Stutter. If the player did not already control Time Stutter, he or she takes an additional turn after this one.

Simple enough effect once you get your head around it: each player gets two turns in a row.

Cool. It's too splashable though, especially for a card that is cheaper than Time Warp (even though this is worse than it) - I think it needs to be 2UU.

I've always wanted to do something like this.  Why not try:

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of Time Stutter.  At the end of your turn, if you control Time Stutter, skip your next turn.

Bah, I hate these.  If not only because I have to deal with stuff like "What happens when I have two Timesifters in play?".

Don't make it overly complicated, otherwise people will get confused.

Why does this need to be an enchantment?  Why not a sorcery?  I agree that 2UU is a better cost, too.

Something like

Time Stutter
2UU
Sorcery
Take an additional turn after this one.  Skip your next turn after that additional turn.

Would that work in the desired way?
