First and foremost this deck is a blend of  Aggro/Control/And Combo while Food Chains is just Aggro/Control

The Deck

4x Goblin Welder
4x Goblin Lackey
4x Goblin Piledriver
4x Goblin Recruiter
3x Siege Gang Commander

4x Tangle Wire
4x Survival of the Fittest

Toolbox
1x Anger
1x Sundering Titan (MVP of the deck with Welder)
1x Squee Goblin Nabob
1x Goblin Sharpshooter / Goblin Warchief
1x Arcbound Worker

1x Lotus Petal
1x Sol Ring
1x Mox Emerald
1x Mox Ruby
1x Black Lotus
1x Mana Crypt
4x ESG
2x Wooded Foothills
4x Land Grant
4x Taiga
8x Mountain

Reasons to play this deck
1.   It let’s you play Sundering Titan in a Goblin Deck
2.   This is more competitive than TNT, while still using survival
3.   Adding Survival makes most aggro decks using green better
4.   Lackey, Tangle Wire, Siege Gang is nuts
5.   â€œI’m playing Toolbox Goblinsâ€?

Reasons to not play this deck
1. Slower than other Goblin deck breeds
2. Has a harder time racing combo than other Goblin breeds

This deck is made to be an alternative to Food Chain's Goblins.  This deck instead of relying on a win quick combo relies on a long steady supply of threats created by survival.  This deck has plays four tangle wires to help ensure that Survival of the Fittest gets into play so it can do It's work.  Food Chains has no disruption elements for control, this deck does.  Plus this deck plays Armageddon with Sundering Titan, Food Chains doesn't.

I've been working on a similar deck...except I use FC and no Welders/Titans. I can discard any Goblin, grab Recruiter and stack. Basically it assures that if I draw FC, I win. It also allows me to tutor for Lackey targets, or the Lackey itself. It's still in the early phases of development, but it looks promising.

It looks like a cheap artifact guy to survival up and pitch to welder. Shield Sphere was the old TnT tech if you didn't run full power, but I don't think this deck wants an 0/6 wall.
