[Results] - 7/11 Milan and 14/11 Turin's results.

Hi all,

I'm here to show you the results of our most talented players at the last two main events, here in Italy.

I'm scheduling the data came from the tourney in Milan on 7/11/2004 and the one in Turin on 14/11/2004

I'm astonished and satisfied about the greater result obtained in Milan: we had more than 70% of Fully Powered players at a Sanctioned event. All the ( few ) others, may have some partially powered decks or some budget ones.

The level of the players involved in this competitio and the level of the decks played reflected perfectly into the results.
All the Top8s played different forms of a "blue-based-tier1" and all the usual brokeness of our MW.dec were stopped by themselved by the huge number of mirror matches, relying ALL of them nearly beyond the first 8 places.

The field was full of Artifact.dec and a lot of different form of control-combo decks. The new Oath showed up really well another time and placed another two decks in the Top8. (1 - See in the bottom line )

The first time I read the Top8, i was thrilled.
-No Artifact.dec
-The usual Storm.dec portion of decks
-The usual Contro-Combo portion of decks
-An Hate deck that placed well as usual when there are few random decks ( fish )
-The Oath builds that stole the throne to the missing Artifact.dec.

It is my "ideal" results. Blue-based-decks that rule against the rest of the field. All the other decks that MUST waste additional Maindeck and Sideboard's space to at least TRY to stop them all. And NO ONE of the Blue-Based-Decks in the Top8 had a similar build. Noone simply netdeck something to someone and win with an unknown deck.

The Paradise is coming...

On the other hand, this Tourney showed up the highest number of MW.dec ever reached. I'm sure that noone of them placed in the Top8 because of the lack of some game-breaking cards for their mirrors in those decks. A lot of them usually predicts to play with one or two MW.dec in the WHOLE tourney while these time the mirrors would have been a lot more. Without any strong cards to win ( and with Oath being another huge problem for them ) without luck, a lot of them simply "cancealed themselves" during the tourney.

I would pose attention on the Fish build that placed in the Top8. He played an Unpowered version with a lot of good and well thought choices, to survive to the new and good Tier1s.
