Can we take this deck in a completely different direction with Bazaar of Baghdad? I have lost the majority of my games to Combo with Cerebral Assassin and this deck, prompting me to believe that FoW simply isn't functional. Thirst For Knowledge has been an inconsistant 2ndary Outlet and U strains the manabase.

Accepting Combo=Probable Loss, I came up with this.

4xSurvival of the Fittest
4xBazaar of Baghdad

3xSundering Titan
4xGoblin Welder

1xPlatinum Angel
1xSylvan Safekeeper

1xDuplicant
1xTriskelion

1xViridian Zealot
1xGorilla Shaman

4xSquee, Goblin Nabob
1xGenesis
1xAnger

4xSphere of Resistance

2xCrucible of Worlds
1xCrop Rotation

(26)
1xStrip Mine
4xWasteland
4xFetch Land
4xTaiga
5xForest
1xSol Ring
1xBlack Lotus
1xMox Saphire
1xMox Emerald
1xMox Pearl
1xMox Ruby
1xMox Jet
1xMana Crypt

The deck is fairly self explanatory,

Sphere of Resistance and Wasteland are used as your primary disruption elements. Your goal is to delay long enough to find Survival->Welder->Angel vs Combo.

If Bazaar of Baghdad remains active for 2-3 Turns, you can accumulate a sufficient number of Spheres and Wastelands to lock Control out of the game. The deck needs a stable 2ndary Outlet for FAT and Bazaar>Thirst in all regards. Bazaar is what turns your Goblin Welders into early "must counters" and paves the way for Survival.

Sphere just makes sense, it buys you time to Survival vs Combo and Control. It's the only "reliable" obstacle to Combo you have access to. It compliments Titan as a lock component and is a stable Welder target.

3xSundering Titan feels about right. You need more than 1 for the Bazaar->Titan->Welder "Oops I Win" feel, but 2 isn't sufficient to accomplish this and 4 can lead to serious dead card advantage. 3 Just seems to be the right number.

I really don't know if this deck is worth playing, but it certainly isn't to be taken lightly. 2 of the best card advantage engines combined with 2 of the best creatures in the game=some good.

Completely different deck ideas need their own thread. Split.

I haven't tested CA yet, since it looked a bit clunky, but yours looked interesting, so I gave it a go against Slaver and 4cc and, my, was I mildly surprised by some of the interactions.  First, Crucible with Bazaar is simply amazing.  I used to run  a lot of Bazaar a few years back and I went so far as to add Sacred Ground (lame) to the sideboard at one point since I was having so much trouble keeping Bazaar on the board.  Crucible, however, not only protects the Bazaar, but gives you a mana feed through your graveyard.  I love it.

In my whopping 2 tests, I had problems getting the bombs through.  By countering Survival and using Fire/Ice & StP on Welders (before they become active), both decks were able to scrape up a win.

And Mindslaver was quite deadly against this deck.  It has a number of tools which can be used against itself.

Getting around to my point, if anything, I would recommend upping the Crucibles.  With limited testing, I quickly figured out that Bazaar + Crucible = Win!  I never drew a Crucible vs Slaver, and against 4cc, it would have won handily if not for a timely Cunning Wish dealing with the Crucible that slipped through.
