This card seems waaaaay too cheap. You get Eladamri's Call, plus a 2/1, plus it taps to play small creatures for free. That's worth a lot more than two mana.

First off, there's no real need for blue mana. Both of those abilities are more or less mono-green. Yes, the first has been done in green/white (Altar of Bone, Eladmri's Call), but it's been done in monogreen a lot more (Bifurcate, Chord of Calling, Fierce Empath, Survival of the Fittest, Worldly Tutor, Sylvan Tutor). And the second is clearly green (Elvish Piper, Norwood Priestess, Root Elemental).

Secondly, it's so very cheap. Worth a lot more than two mana, even two mana of different colours. I'm thinking at least {G}{G}.

Finally, a few wording issues -

When Elf Caller comes into play, search your library for a creature card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.

Too cheap and I'm unsure why it'd call an undead monstrosity or a mecahnical beast. For me 2G and 'search your library for a Green creature card'

Possibly make this search for just an Elf?  This makes it more equivalent to Goblin Matron and gives us a standard for comparison, but then it's like 3GG, especially because the first thing you're going to do is chain them.  Incidentally, he shouldn't be able to play copies of himself.
