5 Moxen VS. 4 On-color Moxen: Possible Rules Change

I was just contemplating the idea that if in Type 1 tournaments you're able to run 5 moxen, why not be able to run 4 on-color moxen if you choose to?

It would not only make mono-colored decks more appealing to play it would also increase the sales of the Type 1 market, the latter being least important.

In my opinion, I think you should be able to run 4 Mox Emerald in Stompy, 4 Mox Sapphire in Mono-blue Control, 4 Mox Ruby in Sligh, 4 Mox Jet in Sui Black, and 4 Mox Pearl in Parfait.

The rule being, you can choose to run 5 off-color moxen or 4 on-color moxen if you choose to.

If everyone else agrees that a rules change like this would benefit the Type 1 community then feel free to leave your comments and suggestions and maybe sometime in the near future we can make a rules change like this a reality.
