Well, I've been to a LAN lately (250 people, check here for my clan's results on 11.2004) and saw some awesome case mods there and was wondering if people here had some nice ones as well.

DUDE OMFG WHAT IS A CASEMOD?!?!?1/?

As where you have BB/foil as pimp in MTG; there is the casemodding in the computer world. An example should illustrate what a casemod is:

A regular case.

A casemod.

So a casemod is a pimped case. Why do people do such stuff you might ask? Well, its easy; for the same reason people have BB power and "pimp my ride" exists.

I really think people on this site have been modding; so show it!

(My case sucks, but my brother has a very nice one from which I'll probably post a picture of tonight.)

It helps if you've got a computer worth pimping out, though. I'm a big fan of clean, grey lines to begin with, but my computer is strictly mediocre and not worth the expense. If I were to spend time and effort casemodding it, it would be like pimping a Peasant Magic deck. Sure, the equipment's not bad and the pimping is kind of nice, but people would wonder why I didn't invest my resources into getting better cards/a better machine, rather than tricking out my mediocre ones.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

I am happy that my CD burner is working...pimping is a bit beyond what I am willing to do. Besides I have a laptop :B
