Weenie decks, for whatever reason, have always appealed to me.  White and Red employ these decks the best, and while White has Crusade, Red gets crap like Gratuitous Violence.  So I'd propose a card as such;

Blood Feud
RR
Enchantment

Creatures you control get +2/-2.  If this would reduce a creature's toughness to less than 1, it is 1 instead.

Of course influenced by Blood Lust but on a smaller scale.  I don't think this is another 'make gobbos win faster' card because they don't want to take time out for this measly thing; their enchantment of choice is Food Chain.  What it does do, is it allows Mogg Fanatic to trade with Arrogant Wurm.  Comments?

Well, this puts [card]Flowstone Surge[/card] to shame... Even Jihad costs three mana and that's in a color thats supposed to have mass pump enchantments.

I know this won't happen in a tournament, but if my opponent has Chaos Orb in his hand while I'm controlling his turn from a Mindslaver, who flips the card if I force him to play it and activate it?
