Pseudo Balance:

Disorderly Conduct
XWR
Sorcery
Each player sacrifices X lands and creatures, then discards X cards from his or her hand.

Should it be "...then discards X cards at random from his or her hand"?

Current Wording:

Disorderly Conduct
1WR
Sorcery
Each player chooses a permanent he or she does not control. Players sacrifice the chosen permanents.

Absolutely not. Consider Death Cloud, printed in Darksteel

Death Cloud
{X}{B}{B}{B}
Sorcery

Each player loses X life, then discards X cards, then sacrifices X creatures, then sacrifices X lands.

Your idea is 3/4 of Death Cloud, but totally off-colour. I repeat, absolutely not.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

And they printed [card]Balancing Act[/card] not long ago, in Odyssey, which, while not much like your card, is more like Balance.

Well, I made this card more than 3 years ago, before Death Cloud or Balancing Act were printed.

What about:

Each player sacrifices X creatures and X lands.

Or

Each player sacrifices X creatures and X lands at random.

What about this? I think this could be cool (especially in multiplayer as you could gang up on a player).

Disorderly Conduct
1WR
Sorcery
Each player chooses a permanent target opponent controls. Players sacrifice the chosen permanents.

Also this is one-sided if you have an Ivory Mask in play and can't be Misdirected like Vindicate can be.

No comments? I really like the new wording. Although, I'm told it doesn't  work as intended and should be re-worded to:

Each player chooses a permanent an opponent controls. Players sacrifice the chosen permanents.

How about "Each player chooses a permanent he or she does not control. Players sacrifice the chosen permanents."

I'm pretty sure the "an opponent" wording means everyone chooses a permanent out of those permanents controlled by the player of your choice.

You think? If it reads, Each player chooses a permanent an opponent controls wouldn't it mean an opponent of each individual player?
