Jinxed Tarot
2
Artifact

Play with your hand revealed.

Whenever you draw a card that shares a color with another card in your hand, discard it and lose one life.

3, T, discard your hand: Target opponent gains control of Jinxed Tarot.

I'm rather fond of the Jinxed mechanic, and it'd be nice to see some decent ones printed.

It might be fair to require a mana payment as part of the cost of passing control of the card to somebody else. It definitely isn't fair to include a {T}. With Jinxed Choker, if it gets passed to you, you're stuck with it until it passes on its own. With Jinxed Idol and Jinxed Ring, as long as you've got a creature to sacrifice, you can get rid of it. With this, the caster can easily play with a handful of effects that allow him to untap the Jinxed Tarot, meaning he'll never get stuck with it, while everybody else will. At any rate, discarding one's hand is harsh enough. In most cases, it's probably worse than the penalty associated with controlling Jinxed Tarot.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

The opponent could just send it back during their upkeep, so it's not too bad.  But after thinking about the card more, I don't like how it becomes pretty much useless if everyone choses to pass it.  Would changing the third ability to "Discard a card at random:  Target opponent gains control of Jinxed Tarot.  You may play this ability only when you could play a sorcery." be too much?
