I just had a brainwave that may or may not be broken, I don't know.

Omni-Burst

The next instant or sorcery spell you play this turn has storm.


This would be very powerful with card drawing, as it would allow for double the amount of cards to be drawn. Any rules issues that need to be sorted out??
