[List] Budget Decks

[Lockdown]

In the past, I created a list of budget decks that can still be found here.  Back then I created the list based on aggro/combo/control/prison.  This time around, I'm doing it by "budgetness".

Guidelines
Group 1: A deck that does not contain Type 1 Fundamentals.
Group 2: A deck that contains Type 1 Fundamental cards, but does not include any Type 1 Expenses.
Group 3: A deck that contains Type 1 Fundamental cards, and Type 1 Expenses, but does not include Type 1 Power. This deck can be improved by the addition of such cards.

Definitions:
Type 1 Fundamentals: Staples of the multiple decks, such as dual lands or Fetchlands.
Type 1 Expenses: Cards that are around or more than US$50, but are necessary for a deck to function properly.
Type 1 Power: The Power 9, and all other non-necessary cards that are extremely high priced, such as Library of Alexandria.

NOTE: I have stickied the thread, because I think this could be a very useful resource for budget players.

I'm leaving the thread unclosed so Lockdown can edit in changes to the list as time progresses, but please do not post on the thread. I will come by every so often and clean the thread if people don't heed this.

PM all decks you'd like to see added to Lockdown directly. And please let them be at least semi-competive, I'm sure he doesn't want to be swamped.

All decks, in order to be listed here, must have a certain amount of productive discussion as to why/how the deck works or does not work.  As a general rule of thumb, I'll probably be looking for 10-15 quality posts in the thread before listing it here.  If there is one that meets this criteria, and is not listed here, feel free to PM me, and I'll add it to the list.

So that everybody is aware, I've been away for quite some time.  Sorry about that.  I believe the reason why the links no longer work is due to the merger of the Budget and T1 forum.  I am currently working on finding each link and restoring it.  Thank you.

I tried to have a look at some of these Decks, but there's a message which says that only moderators can read it. Could you please improve that so that everyone is able to watch Budget Decks. Thanks!

The issue is that the newbie forum and the budget threads were deemed to be terrible, and as such were moved to the moderator storage tank.

I don't see this thread functioning anymore, seeing as budgeteering doesn't work in developed metagames, and most tournaments have some proxies legal too.

I'm going to go head and move this to newbie, and lock it.
