I am incapable of posting my three favorite songs, as it is a choice I cannot make.

I will, however, provide this link to one of my favorite music related websites.

http://www.ocremix.org/

This also will confirm to all that I am a total nerd.

So, I guess three of my favorite songs from there:

'Blue Lightning' by Disco Dan
http://www.ocremix.org/detailmix.php?mixid=OCR00464
Techno remix of the Mega Man 3 theme.  What's not to like?

'man sieht sich galaxie' by analoq
http://www.ocremix.org/detailmix.php?mixid=OCR01180
If you played Commander Keen back in the day, you'll love this one.

'Kick Your A'  by SuperGreenX
http://www.ocremix.org/detailmix.php?mixid=OCR01156
For the Bemani fans.

Right now?  About 200 (literally) different Dave Matthews Band songs.  Artistic genius, this stuff.

Edit- Ok, so at first, I didn't post songs.  I don't have time now, so I'll post them later.

While I'm not so hot on DMB, have you heard of Robert Randolph and the Family Band? They're a soul-style jam band with awesome steel guitars and bass lines. From the fans of DMB that I know, Robert Randolph is the only band that's better than Dave live.

Yeah, I saw them this summer at Bonnaroo, and they were pretty sweet.  I wouldnt say better than Dave, but they were damn good.

I love the LP/Jay-Z stuff, but hate LP by themselves.

Ben Folds is great though, just amazing winter-time listening tunes.  Sauce--next time I pick you up at the train station, its all Ben Folds all the time!

My roommate in college listened to them nonstop for about a year.  It being your car, I will naturally defer, and listen to whatever you wish.  But be warned that I will go behind your back at parties and snobbishly attempt to impress your friends with my spectacular sense of musical taste, and then (after they are so taken by me that they will naturally wish to avoid disagreeing with me) I will whisper to them that you like *gasp* Ben Folds Five!  The Horror!  And that will be the beginning of the end for you.  Wink

I will admit to kind of liking the Jay-Z/LP stuff a bit, too.  But that, for me, has more to do with Jay-Z than it does Linkin Park.

Guelah Papyrus

That song is amazing, as is just about anything by Phish.  I just got A Live One and it has a thirty minute version of Tweezer that's just great.

If you like those then you should look for mp3s by The Minibosses.

Update:

Tom Waits - Blind Love
Luther Wright and the Wrongs - Celia
Halley - Kites Are Slow Downers

Why is it that I have never heard of like 90% of the artists in this thread - not just songs mind you...

Clearly, my musical taste is abnormal here, but I'll list 3 songs that popped into my head:

Steppenwolf - Magic Carpet Ride
Boz Scaggs - Lido Shuffle
Paul Simon - 50 Ways to Leave your Lover

Yes, I like older stuff like classic rock.

Dio -- Rainbow in the Dark. If you say you like metal, Dio is your king.
Symphony X -- The Accolade and Accolade II. Metal is epic.
Nightwish -- Bless the Child. Incredible, just incredible bass line.
