I have in my graveyard:

1 (one) Plated Slagwurm

And I have in play:

3 (three) Swamp
1 (one) Putrid Imp

Can I cast Victimize, sacrificing the Imp, and returning the Slagwurm and Imp both?

You have to announce targets before paying costs, so no.
