That FoF isn't even worthy of being called FoF.  It's so ugly should like remove the top 5 cards of your library from the game.  With FNM FoF, it's more like "EOTFOFIL."

However, I will agree that these cards are significantly better than Mother of Ruins and Avalanche Riders of last year.

I completely disagree. For those of us who were not able to pick up a foil fact or fiction and have Gengar the evil pokemon drawn on it, this is an opportunity to get something from playing type 2 (because, surprise, you can learn alot about magic playing other formats too) and I think it is definitely worth noting that they could still be giving out Scragnoth and company, so I will take flametongue kavu any day.

That said, also remember that the majority of the people winning these cards are not busy pimping out DeathLounge and some of them actually play extended, and this is way easier than getting 4 foil FoFs overpriced because they are coveted by the Vintage community.

I can't tell from those pictures, but I'm curious to see what's foiled in the illustration on the FoF.

I missed the Brainstorms. Sad There are approximately 0 sanctioned tournaments within anywhere of both school and home. (Home used to have sanctioned weekly tournaments, but not FNM.)

I do sort of like the FoF though. It'll go well with my terribly unpimp FNM AK's at the very least, if I ever play 'Tog again.

So in conclusion, creatures are bad. Play blue cards instead.
