I'd really like to go to Waterbury, and bring 3 of my friends, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make due to some bad weather. The roads are already snow covered with ice underneath. (Might miss work today) I hope it gets better, I've been looking forward to this. Anyone else might not be able to due to weather? This'll be a pity thread...

FUCKING PUSSY. ooh ... you use bad word ... you get castrated now Oh and by the way ... it's stuff like this that converted me into a Casual Player. If I get flamed for not coming to one tourney, then I don't want to hang with flamers anyway. the game is about having fun, not condemning someone because of their inability to drive as well as the next guy.

I've missed plenty of tournaments for a number of reasons, weather included. However, this time it should clear up by the morning.

I've been checking multiple weather reports all day long for different areas of CT(mostly highway areas) and have been driving around on the roads already today.
Trust me, travel plans this weekend should be COMPLETELY unaffected by weather.

RIP Mogg Fanatic...at least you are still better than Fire Bowman!!!
I was once asked on MWS, what the highest I ever finished at a TMD Open was. I replied, "I've never played in a Waterbury. I was then called "A TOTAL NOOB!"

Yeah, if you're coming to one of our tournements this weekend, our 72 and sunshine shouldn't at all interfere with your travelling.
There are times when I envy you Easterners.... No, wait, there really aren't.

Just because earthquakes scare you wusses doesn't mean those of us born and raised in Cali are put off by them. My brother and I, I shit you not, used to jump out of bed when an earthquake hit, and see who could run around in a circle the longest before he fell over (or the earthquake stopped). It was like our own little personal, unscientific Richter scale. And I grew up in Southern Cali, so wildfires were a similarly common and unspectacular nuisance.
On the other hand, the second it drops below about 30 degrees, I bitch and moan like it was my job, and snow is like... what the fuck is this stuff? I know I've seen it in the movies somewhere.
But I'mma be at Waterbury anyway. Oh yes.

Southerners... 1/2 of inch of snow means you cant drive for a month...

All I know for sure is it's 9pm right now, I've got all my doors and windows open, and I'm sitting here in shorts and a t-shirt and completely and totally comfortable.
