Winter Solstice
{1}{U}
Sorcery

Lands don't untap during their controllers' next untap step.

***

If [card]Exhaustion[/card] is fair at {2}{U}, a card that affects everybody (brutal in multiplayer), but only prevents lands from untapping, is fair at {1}{U}. I figured it was an appropriate name for a card, given the season, and it's an appropriate effect for the name. I'll probably write a poem for this card's flavour text, but I want to sit on it for a while to think of something good.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

Mana Vapors

Already printed.

UNLESS you are meaning to apply that to everyone...

I'd like to imprint My Cock on that. If she handles it right, it makes white mana.

Yes -- I mean for it to apply to everybody. It's a card that is nominally useful in a duel (worse than Mana Vapours), but really neat in a multiplayer game (better than Mana Vapours).

Okay, this card really isn't very exciting (sometimes, that's just how utility cards are), so I'm going to pretend that it's perfect and call for a 24 Hour Clock.
