I am unable to post in the Tournament Announcement area so I apologize in advance for the inconveniece.

This weekend Pro Tour Atlanta will be offering two Vintage side events. Both are $5.00 entry fee and will offer boosters as prizes based on turnout. They are scheduled for the following times:

Saturday, March 12th at 5:00pm

Sunday, March 13th at 3:00pm

Additionally Jim Nelson (Cunning Wish, Grim Lavamancer) and Ben Thompson (Thirst for Knowledge) will be on hand signing cards. Full details are available here: Pro Tour Atlanta.

Hope to see you there!

Is these events non-sanctioned?  In other words, are proxies allowed?

All of the side events are sanctioned so no proxies will be allowed.

But come anyway! Atlanta has a handful of hardcore Vintage enthusiasts that I'm sure will be there who will want to play side games with proxies. Who knows. If we get enough interested people maybe we can each buy a few boosters and throw them in as prizes for a small event we run ourselves off in a corner.
