What is the best way to get Power Cards?

Right now I'm trying to find the best way to the Vintage Power Cards. Like Mishra's Workshop, Moxes, Lotus, Ancestral, Time Walk, Twister, Bazaar, Dual Lands, Mana Drain, and most of the B&R list. Right now I'm just going for the cheap one right now.

The best way to get the power cards is to win them. Second best is to get a job and save up for a long time, and buy them one by one at tournaments. Some people will suggest  buying or trading online, but that is usually very risky when it comes to high end cards, such as power.
