More specifically, when I espouse opinions or views on this site, am I speaking on behalf of individual teammates?
No Replies, just answer.

Clarification: When you say "does he speak for Meandeck?" do you mean to say "When Smemnen speaks, does what he say represent the views of Team Meandeck" -or- "When Smmenen speaks, is he speaking as the representative of Team Meandeck"?

The first question. When I speak, do my views represent the views of individual players on team meandeck?

I just realized that doesn't clarify anything. You're asking if people on Team Meandeck agree with you?

No, I'm asking if people perceive that when I say something, I am espousing an opinion which every player on meandeck adopts as their own. For example, my view of the slaver v. tog matchup or anything at all which I might express a view on.

I voted for the last one. I don't think you do on "issues" like restrictions or general magic theory but for the nitty gritty in-game stuff that comes from playtesting, I think you do.

See, I wasn't sure. It's a gray area but it seemed like a close enough option.
