You could run cards like:

- Energy Flux, Woodripper, Rebuild or Hurkyl;s Recall vs Stax and 5/3.
- Tormods Crypt, Ground Seal or Phyrexian Furnace vs Slaver, Dragon and other decks based on using the graveyard.
- Ancient Hydra vs Welder, Platinum Angel and small creatures.
- Chalice of the Void vs storm combo and sligh (if your metagame still contains that deck like mine).
- Arcane Laboratory vs storm combo
- Back to Basics vs whatever
- Spawning Pit vs the mirror
