For some reason, I desperately wanted this to be in red, but it's clearly a green ability, in fact there's an Ouphe out of Mirrodin block with this ability that's unplayable, but I felt it might be better as an instant.  It's somewhat less interesting without a cantrip, and this makes it feel more like Tel-Jilad's Justice in the "barely worse than Oxidize" spot for aritfact hate.

Is there a way to make this interesting without turning it into Ouphe Vandals?  Or is that alright?  It is something of a niche card and it's somewhat doomed that way, I imagine.
