What to do and see, Where to eat in NYC?

I'm going to be visiting NYC from the 16th to the 21st of May, and we're still planning the places we want to visit. Museums, parks, shops, it's all good. We're also looking for good food on a budget. We're all students and my girlfriend is vegetarian, while someone else <3 meat. Do you have any suggestion?

If your going to times square there's a pizza place called johns? on one of the sidestreets.  Its moderate in pricing but its amazing.  Its a sitdown pizza place that they made out of an old CHURCH. soo there is like stained glass a giant map of nyc... etc

I'm a huge fan of the museum of natural history.

If you have any interest in seeing a Broadway or Off-Braodway Play or Musical go to TKTS in Times Square to get tickets that day.  There at least 40% off and usually good seats.  It's an affordable way to see a show if your interested.
