I personally would keep the naturalizes. R&R is great against workshop prison, and sometimes slaver. But naturalize is also useful against those same decks. Furthermore, Naturalize is good against oath. I've found blood moon less useful recently, however, if you are seeing a ton of non-basics in your area, then it is useful. As for tormod's crypt, I've found ground seal more useful sometimes. It locks out dragon, and slaver until they can deal with it. Whereas a crypt can be played around, I think it somewhat harder to play around a ground seal. Plus it draws a card.
