is BBB too cheap, with dark ritual and all. Does the ACC make it too cheap almost?

This isn't even the card I nominally endorsed in the discussion we had in #themanadrain.

One, Ball Lightning plus ACC must have a higher mana cost than Ball Lightning.
Two, as I stated after we'd hammered something out that I was okay with, I realized it isn't the bringing-into-play that makes Ball Lightning red. It's the fact that it's a creature that behaves as a burn spell. Because this, like Red Ball Lightning, behaves like a burn spell, it feels red. If you want me to repeat some of my suggestions for ways to make this feel more black, I'd be glad to.

Changed it a bit with Ephraim and Yawgatog helping me with wording. Matt has to template it so it doesn't stack, as Ephraim pointed out. Didn't really think of it that way though Jacob. The ACC is gone now though so it's a little better.

I want to see the mana cost up at {3}{B}{B}. I know you disagree with me on that, but at present, this is 5 damage for three mana — twice. It's okay for black to get that once, by recurring a creature out of the graveyard, but the first time around, it really has to pay for the damage.

This would be a cool B/R gold card - the main card is 100% red and the deathback is 100% black (Ichorid).

Can it not be a gold card though? The way I see the main part is that it's kind of like a creature Corpse Dance.
