Hindering Sorcerer
{3}{U}{U}
Creature -- Wizard
Hindering Sorcerer cannot be the target of spells or abilities.
Cycle {2}
When you cycle Hindering Sorcerer, you may counter target activated or triggered ability.
3/5

What do you guys think?  It was made with T4 in mind, so the CC was made to work well with Disrupting Shoal.  I'm posting it mostly for wording and sharing between people for their stacks if they like it.

Current Card:
Hindering Sorcerer
{3}{U}{U}
Creature -- Wizard
Hindering Sorcerer cannot be the target of spells or abilities.
Cycle {2}{U}{U}
When you cycle Hindering Sorcerer, you may counter target activated or triggered ability.
3/3

Unless you have some notation on here to suggest that this card is only legal in Limited Infinity, then this is way too good. Stifle is very playable with a mana cost of {U}. This gives the same functionality, with a card draw, to every other colour for {2}.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

How about changing the cycle cost to something like 2UU?  I think that would take care of any problems.

That would be reasonable. I'd also make him lose your choice of 2 p/t points, so he's 1/5, 2/4 or 3/3. As is this is still a little above the curve for blue in terms of raw size, and you don't want this guy for his stats, so I reckon making him a little smaller won't hurt.

It occurs to me that blue creatures tend to be untargettable only as the result of an activated ability. Blue also does enchantments that grant untargettability. Green is the colour of creatures that are continuously untargettable. Note that this can act in blue's benefit, since it means you can equip your own creatures, pump them, etc. With a few notable exceptions (Autumn Willow, Troll Ascetic, and Plated Slagwurm), green's untargettable creatures can't do this.

What about Zephid?  3/4 Flying Untargetable from Urza's Saga.  Also it has a lot of effects that grant it (neurok stealthsuit for a recent example)

Maybe make it so it cant be the target of activated or triggered abilities, to mirror the countering effect?
