Yea, this just looks like fun...... anti counter and anti draw..... I almost wish i could make this green or red but it fits better with blue. I think this would becoem an extremly played card. It would help type 1 a lot, and you can put it on a stick so it may be under costed. let me know

This is either way too good or not particularly good at all. Do you get the copies for free? In that case, it's too good. It means that for , you're copying the spell you play this in response to and then either preventing you opponent from playing any more instants that turn or, if your opponent is dim enough to go on casting instants, you get a whole bunch of additional spells. On the other hand, if you have the opportunity to copy your opponents spells if you pay their mana cost (not converted mana cost) then this becomes very interesting, but not very good. In any case, you have to specifiy which.

By the way, I know for a fact that Matt has locked three of your threads because you were trying to juggle too many new cards. He lets me do it because I've proven myself capable of managing a lot of cards at once. For the time being, finish up the three other cards you have open and then pursue new cards. You also look like you haven't fully absorbed the forum rules yet. Your initial post should contain the text of the proposed card twice. One instance should be in plain text and should never change. The second instance should be in bold text and should be updated whenever you make changes to the wording of the card.

I'm not even sure its constructive to comment on this card until it has some real rules text, as I'm not sure what it even does.  Is it supposed to create a triggered ability whenever they play an instant spell?  Do you have to pay for the copy?  If it doenst create a triggered ability, then you get to copy it as many times as you want?  Seriously, I have no idea how you want this card to function, you need to specify things like whether the cost must be played, etc.  My best guess, it should create a triggered effect every time they play a spell that lets you pay the mana cost of that spell to create a copy when the ability resolves (a la Lightning Rift).  If thats the case, the spells seems pretty bad except in response to like Yawg Will, or as sort of an Overmaster (but even then it would cost way too much to be useful), since they could just play whatever draw spells they want in response (or, if those spells are on the stack already, then this would have no effect).  Oh, and theres no way to make this work so that you can respond to Ancestral by casting this and getting your own for free, as that makes it considerably better than twincast, which was just printed in the last set.
